Frequently Asked
Questions
Everything you need to know about commissioning 3D animation, remote collaboration, NDAs, timelines, and deliverables.
What 3D production services does AUSM Studios offer?
AUSM Studios delivers end-to-end creative technology solutions across five core disciplines: 3D product animation and exploded-view CGI, industrial process visualization, photorealistic architectural rendering and walkthroughs, MetaHuman digital avatars, and real-time Unreal Engine 5 interactive training simulations.
How do you collaborate with international clients across the US, UK, and UAE?
We work with clients worldwide through structured asynchronous milestones, weekly video reviews across overlapping time zones (EST, PST, GMT, GST, IST), and dedicated cloud review links. Invoicing is supported in USD, EUR, GBP, AED, and INR.
What 3D software pipelines and game engines do you utilize?
Our studio pipeline is built on Unreal Engine 5 (Lumen, Nanite), Autodesk Maya, Blender, Twinmotion, and Epic Games MetaHuman Creator, complemented by Substance Painter and DaVinci Resolve for texturing and post-production.
How do you handle confidentiality, CAD files, and NDAs?
Confidentiality is fundamental to our workflow. We routinely execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving proprietary engineering CAD files (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks), architectural drawings, or unannounced product specs. All project assets are stored securely and never published without written client sign-off.
What is the typical turnaround time for a 3D animation project?
Production timelines depend on scope and detail. A standalone 3D product film or hero commercial typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. Complex industrial animations or architectural walkthroughs take 3 to 6 weeks. Real-time Unreal Engine interactive applications and training games range from 4 to 10 weeks with milestone staging.
How does AUSM Studios structure pricing, milestones, and revisions?
Every engagement has fixed milestone pricing with transparent line items. We include structured revision rounds at each checkpoint (storyboard/style frames, animatic/clay render, lighting/texturing, and final output) so there are no surprise costs.
What final file formats and deliverables do you supply?
For video and films: ProRes 422, ProRes 4444, Avid DNxHR, and 4K/UHD H.264/H.265 in widescreen (16:9), vertical (9:16), or square (1:1). For interactive projects: packaged Windows executables (.exe), macOS builds, APKs, or WebGL/Pixel Streaming links. Raw source files and 3D assets are available upon project agreement.
